The gathering and use of personal data

You can visit Tvilum-Scanbirk’s website without having to reveal your name or
other information about yourself.

Tvilum-Scanbirk does not register any data that can be used to identify you,
unless you fill out our contact forms yourself.

Personal data is gathered for the sole purpose of offering you our services and
for us to be able to deal with your enquiries, e.g. in connection with the
sending of your CV or application for a job in production.

If you apply for a job in production, your application will be forwarded to our
recruitment agency:

When you fill out your CV, your personal data will be stored in
Tvilum-Scanbirk’s own database. Your data will be deleted automatically after
six months. 

Security

Your personal data is treated in strict confidence and only authorised
personnel in Tvilum-Scanbirk’s HR Department and at TeamVikaren will have
access to your personal data.

Amendment and deletion of personal data

You may have your data amended or deleted at any time by contacting
Tvilum- Scanbirk’s HR Department (see address below).
